    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay with two cards, contact our Contact Center.
  • Are my credit card details safe when making my reservation?
    Yes. The data you provide us is encrypted so we offer you a secure experience in all your transactions.
  • Can I pay for my reservation when I check in at the Hotel?
    To guarantee your reservation you need to complete your payment with a valid credit card.
  • Will my credit card be charged at the time of making my reservation on the website or by phone?
    Yes. Reservations made on our official website or our Contact Center require full payment of the reservation.
  • Can I extend my stay at the Hotel during my trip?
    Yes. However, any extension of stay is subject to availability, so it is not possible to guarantee the stay in the previously reserved category. Some additional charges may apply due to difference in rates depending on the day, the season, additional people or the room category.
  • Can I pay for a reservation in someone else´s name?
    Yes. For your protection and security, at the time of check-in we will request a copy of your identification and a copy of the credit card with which you made the payment.
  • Is it possible to change the dates of my reservation or cancel it?
    Yes. It is possible to make any change of date or cancel your reservation at any time. The corresponding penalties will apply. Contact our Contact Center to learn about the penalties and policies for changes and cancellations.
  • Do you have rates for Quintana Roo residents?
    At the moment we do not have discounts for Quintana Roo residents; however, we constantly publish special offers for you to book your vacation at the best rate.

    Yes, the WIFI is included in all areas and in the rooms
  • What are the activities and/or services available to children?
    No, this hotel is for adults only.
  • Does the hotel accept pets?
    No, AMAINAH not is pet-friendly, so you can´t stay with your pet.
  • Does the hotel offer wedding or honeymoon packages?
    Yes, the Hotel offers different packages to celebrate that special moment. We have outdoor areas and exclusive activities in our Hotel. Check with your Guest Service Manager for more information or visit the weddings and celebrations section.
  • Which restaurants are included with my reservation?
    Consumption in the restaurant and bar are not included.
  • I am a vegetarian, are there vegetarian or vegan options in the restaurants?
    Yes. Please inform your Guest Service Manager about your food preferences.
  • Are restaurants and bars open year-round?
    Yes, our Vicaro restaurant and Bar are open all year.
  • What should I do if I have a special request?
    When you make your reservation, we will give you an option to send us your requests. Please note that any special request is subject to availability and/or additional charges may apply.
  • Can I invite other people who are not staying at the Xcaret Mexico Hotel to my room?
    No, for the safety and privacy of our guests, access to people who are not booked at the Hotel is not allowed.
  • Can I smoke in the rooms?
    Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
  • Does the hotel offer cribs or extra beds?
    The hotel does not offer extra beds service. (Check the maximum capacity of each room, depending on the category).
  • Is it possible to enter before or leave after the established check-in and check-out times?
    The Hotel has an early check-in and late check-out service, subject to availability and additional charges. Some rooms have this service included in the rate, for more information contact the Guest Service team.
